What you get:

• Approximately 400 pounds of pasture- raised, grass fed, supplemented with hay, oats, and silage grown on our farm and ranch
• 14 day dry-aged
• Cuts typically consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts & Stews, and 40-50% Ground Beef.
  • Heart, Liver, Tongue, are not included
• We NEVER use hormones
• All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled
  • Typical cuts include but not limited to: 
    • T-Bone, Filet, New York Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, Roast, & Brisket 
• Total weight may be slightly less or more than the estimated number above

What you will need:

• Minimum 16 cubic feet of freezer space

What's next: 

• Submit a $1000 Deposit today
  • Whole Beef price per pound is $12.50 
    • Includes processing, packaging, and transportation
  • Deposit is credited to the total price
• Once the beef has been processed, an invoice with the Final Weight and Total Price will be sent 1-2 days prior to meat pickup or delivery
  • Invoice must be paid in full to receive your order
• Pick-up date will be set minimum 2 weeks before actual date and shared directly with you
• Pick-up location is in Golden, Colorado (or Kansas City as requested)
• Processing is seasonal and generally in the spring and fall. You will be contacted with an approximate pick-up date upon deposit
• Deposits are non-refundable
